Ron Bryan Biography

Keller Williams Realty Owner/ Team Leader / CEO 2010-2011.   Responsibilities included all facets of managing an existing office as well as recruiting and training agents to achieve their highest potential.  Teaching classes , conducting team meetings and working directly with agents to help them with their real estate business were all part of the Team leader position. 

Beginning a real estate career at Re/max 1988-1998 and forming one of the first real estate teams in Prince William County, known as “The Bryan Team”.

Established  a highly effective marking program for buyers and sellers and quickly became a Top Producing  Team.  Developed a productive and well organized relocation section for customers and clients. Created a referral network of Realtors nationwide. Formed the Military Relocation Network, helping military and government families moving throughout the world.  Actively recruited and trained productive sales agents and team members.

Joined Long and Foster Realtors 1998-2010 and continued to grow The Bryan Team,

And a successful real estate business.
