Harold Henderson Biography

Harold E. Henderson earned his Real Estate license in 1986.  Since then he has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.  A long time resident of Alexandria, Harold sells residential & commercial properties in Alexandria, Fort Belvior, Lorton, Springfield and the surrounding areas.

Harold has the expertise to assist his clients as they realize their real estate goals.  Harold truly understands the dynamics of the residential real estate market and is an expert at educating his clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs.  Harold uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. 

Harold has earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Real Estate with concentrations in residential properties from NOVA that provided the solid background on which his career has been built.  Despite Harold’s extensive experience he believes that education is paramount and in order to stay on the cutting edge of his industry, he attends as much training as he can.

While Harold’s personal awards are too extensive to list individually, he has been among the most recognized agents every year for many years running.  Harold is a member in good standing of the Local Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors in addition to the Prince William Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Harold helps the community by donating to Habitat for Humanity.  To date Exit Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
