Renee Daniels Biography

For about 4 years now I have been helping Buyers and Sellers with purchasing and selling homes in the Northern Virginia area.  In this market, Realtors have to be well-rounded or else they won't survive the tough times we are in.  I have adjusted to the challenging times we are in, by thinking creatively about ways to help people who have had Bankruptcies, Short Sales, Foreclosures, and loss of jobs, etc.  

As the market has changed, I have become more focused on getting people into Rent to Own homes.  

I have also several Investors who I'm helping to purchase homes for very inexpensive prices.  Sometimes the homes are ready to move into without any real fixing up needed.  

I work with all different types of scenarios for buyers and sellers.  

My marketing strategies are working for me, and I keep updated on the latest technology and tools for helping buyers and sellers with their needs.

I work all over the Northern Virginia area.  Loudoun County, Prince William County, Fairfax County, Alexandria, Arlington, Stafford and Fredericksburg.  Of course, if you know someone who is in another State, I can help them as well by finding them a Great Realtor in their area who will be able to assist them in finding what they need in that State.  

P.S. If you would like to become a Realtor, you could do it part time while you're working your regular job.  Something to think about.
